12 hours of improv crammed into 2 days! Experienced improviser Jon Nguyen (he/him) will lead a group of improv explorers to discover their own longform format.

Using various exercises to allow each improviser to discover what they love about improv, what they potentially fear in improv and areas of improv they may not have realised existed before. By the end of the 2 days you will have built more confidence in making moves and trusting your ensemble. And you may have a brand new format to showcase as well!

Who is this for? Any improvisers who have completed introduction into improv comedy and introduction to long form or equivalent (If you're not certain please email Chris@dogfaceimprov.com to discuss suitability), and wants to work in a close group and find innovative ways to apply improv in a performance scenario.

Who is Jon Nguyen? Jon Nguyen is a British / Vietnamese improviser based in Norwich. He has been a member of the Dogface community since 2017 and has been teaching since 2019. He is a member of various groups across the UK including the Maydays, The Comedisasians, Michelle and of course the Dogface House Team. He has taught and performed internationally at improv festivals and regularly teaches courses for Dogface improv.
