PBH's Free Fringe 2026
Pantomonium
The improvised panto. Oh yes it is.
You give us the title. We spin a brand-new tale live on stage — outrageous characters, quick-fire comedy, audience shout-outs and totally improvised songs.

About the show
A spur-of-the-moment panto made up on the spot. The audience gives us a title and we build the whole thing from there — big characters, audience interaction, classic panto structure, and fully improvised songs with and without backing tracks.
Roles rotate through the run, including the Dame, the Principal, the Baddie and the Clown. Dames. Baddies. Chaos. Songs that go wrong. Songs that go right.
Because it's improvised, we can't be sure what the content will be — but we aim for every show to be family-friendly.
Coming along

- Suitability: open to all ages — family suitable shows only.

Press & reviewers
You're very welcome — there's no guest list to get on and no ticket to arrange. Turn up, find a seat, and if it'd help to have a word with the company before or after the show, say hello or drop us a line and we'll make time.
Every performance is a different story from a different title, so no two reviews would be of the same show. If you'd like a particular date, or need anything to write the piece up, email info@dogfaceimprov.com.
Poster and press images are on this page and free to use in any coverage.
Who we are
Pantomonium is directed by Danny O'Hara — one half of Bendy House, and a founder, teacher and performer with Dogface Improv. She's a theatremaker, director and actor; 2026 is her 9th Edinburgh Fringe and 3rd year working with PBH.
Dogface Improv is an improv comedy school and community in Norwich, founded in 2016. We run courses, workshops, jams and shows, and our teams have performed at the Edinburgh Fringe many times.
Our other Fringe show
